You can fly a standard airport pattern for Jacksonville Executive, as this scenario shows. You are downwind and approximately opposite your intended landing point. Proceed to fly the rest of the pattern, but land wherever on the area you feel like landing. I like to make my approach well to the right of our takeoff position, so I have the building in view all or most of the way down (you can even cross the building's shadow on your rollout). Your base leg heading is, of course, about 205 degrees (downwind minus 90, or final plus 90, whichever way you want to read it).
